Guided Meditation

This form of meditation focuses on deep spiritual relaxation and healing. Theta healing guided meditation helps participants connect with their inner selves through theta brainwave stimulation, which facilitates emotional and physical healing. It’s a powerful practice for those seeking to achieve a higher state of consciousness and personal transformation.

Offered to groups whereby the participants will be guided through a meditative journey to reach a theta state, to download in the subconscious mind some positive affirmations, heal a broken soul, heal a broken heart, open the chakras, repair the aura, forgiveness of self and others, release resentments and grudges, and manifestations.
